Stress Releasing Activity - “Write, Share & Pop the Stress”
This exercise was more than just fun it was healing. It encouraged vulnerability, empathy, problem-solving, and a healthy way to symbolically release what's weighing us down.
Excited to announce the launch of “Engage –QWMS Buddies” a dedicated space for our people to share thoughts, support one another, and engage in open conversations around mental health, personal growth and emotional resilience.
