We believe in providing the most appropriate system for any application. Even though we have standardized most of our plants, we conduct Pilot Plant Evaluation Studies wherever it becomes essential to optimize the design for economical Plants to meet the Client's requirement.
We have three types of Pilot Plants, which are utilized to conduct required studies. The qualified and trained engineers operate the same at clients site for evaluation.
Pilot Plant - General
QWMS is having a full pledged Pilot Plant housing Membrane Pressure Vessel, Pump, Pre-Filter, Instruments etc., to test any effluent for treatability.
Pilot trials can be conducted for Ultra Filtration, Nano Filtration and Reverse Osmosis.
Pilot Plant - Ultra Filtration
QWMS is having a Pilot Plant exclusively for Ultra Filtration. The pilot Plant consists of UF Housing and Membrane, Pump, Instruments etc. The UF is Hollow Fiber Membrane.
Pilot Plant - SpiraSep
This is another Ultra Filtration System of submerged type with negative pressure. This is specifically used for sewage and industrial effluent. The Plant houses diffused aeration system combined with spiral wound UF Membrane (Membrane Bio-Reactor) to study the feasibility of treating all kinds of effluent with high BOD. |
